Karierni center Posavje
Mestna občina Krško je pristopila k skupnemu projektu Karierni center Posavje, katerega vodilni partner je Regionalna razvojna agencija Posavje. Z uspešno prijavo na Javnem razpisu za sofinanciranje projektov v okviru programa Izobraževanje – krepitev človeških virov, kateri se financira iz sredstev Norveškega finančnega mehanizma 2014 – 2021 in sredstev slovenske udeležbe, so partnerji pridobili nepovratna sredstva v višini 499.997,20 EUR za projekt Vzpostavitev inovativnega podpornega okolja »Karierni center Posavje« v regiji Posavje.

Opis projekta
Projekt predstavlja inovativen pristop na področju pridobivanja kompetenc za boljšo zaposljivost mladih in kariernega usmerjanja v regiji Posavje. Cilj projekta je vzpostaviti celovito in digitalno podprto podporno okolje za izboljšanje zaposlitvenih potencialov mladih v regiji Posavje.
Projekt vključuje različne aktivnosti povezovanja lokalnih organizacij in mladih, usposabljanja mladinskih delavcev, izvedbe dogodkov za mlade, priprave interaktivnih strokovnih vsebin in spletne platforme. Mestna občina Krško pa bo v prostorih Mencingerjeve hiše uredila prostore za Karierni center Posavje).
Inovativnost projektnega pristopa se izraža v:
- povezovanju deležnikov in ustvarjanju podporne mreže na regionalni ravni: vzpostavila se bo mreža ključnih organizacij, ki delajo z mladimi in usposobili svetovalci za kvalitetno in trajnostno nudenje kariernih usmeritev in vsebin na vseh nivojih dela z mladimi;
- digitalizaciji vsebin in kreativnih pristopih komuniciranja: vzpostavila se bo spletna platforma, ki bo mlade nagovarjala z vizualnimi predstavitvami in animacijami prilagojenimi sodobnim vzorcem neformalnega učenja mladih;
- kvalitetnih in potrebam delodajalcev prilagojenih strokovnih vsebin: oblikoval se bo program za mlade, ki bo zajemal širok spekter (generičnih) znanj temelječ na raziskavi dejanskih potreb delodajalcev iz regije.

Norveški finančni mehanizem
Norveški finančni mehanizem in Finančni mehanizem EGP predstavljata prispevek Norveške k zeleni, konkurenčni in vključujoči Evropi. Norveška prek Norveškega finančnega mehanizma in Finančnega mehanizma EGP prispeva k zmanjšanju socialnih in gospodarskih razlik v Evropi ter h krepitvi bilateralnih odnosov z državami upravičenkami v srednji in južni Evropi ter ob Baltiku. Norveška tesno sodeluje z Evropsko unijo na podlagi Sporazuma o Evropskem gospodarskem prostoru (EGP). Skupaj z drugima dvema državama donatoricama je v petih zaporednih obdobjih financiranja med letoma 1994 in 2014 prek finančnih mehanizmov zagotovila sredstva v višini 3,3 milijarde EUR.
Norveški finančni mehanizem, ki ga financira samo Norveška, je namenjen državam, ki so pristopile k Evropski uniji po letu 2003. Skupna višina sredstev v okviru Norveškega finančnega mehanizma v obdobju 2014–2021 znaša 1,25 milijarde EUR. Prednostna področja v tem obdobju so naslednja:
#1 inovacije, raziskave, izobraževanje in konkurenčnost;
#2 socialno vključevanje, zaposlovanje mladih in zmanjševanje revščine;
#3 okolje, energija, podnebne spremembe in nizkoogljično gospodarstvo;
#4 kultura, civilna družba, dobro upravljanje ter temeljne pravice in svoboščine;
#5 pravosodje in notranje zadeve.

CAREER CENTER POSAVJE
City municipality of Krško acts as a project partner in the Development of innovative support environment “Career Center Posavje” in the Posavje region (acronym: CAREER CENTER POSAVJE) project, financed by the Norway grants 2014 – 2021 and Republic of Slovenia, Government Office for Development and European Cohesion Policy (national contribution). The total budget of the project sums up to 499.997,20 EUR.

Project summary:
The project entitled CAREER CENTER POSAVJE represents an innovative approach towards employment promotion for youth in underdeveloped region Posavje and gaining competencies for better employment. The aspect of the project is to establish a dynamic and digitally supported environment in Posavje region, with the intention of connecting youth, employers, and local educational organizations. The goal of the project is to enhance the employment potential of youth in Posavje region, which will be achieved via specific goals of the project – establishment of an online platform, qualified youth consultants and a network of supportive organizations establishment.
The Project approach innovativeness:
- connecting youth, employers and educational organisations and creating an innovative support environment for youth in region: a network of key stakeholders that work with youth will be established and consultants will be trained to provide high-quality and sustainable career guidance and content at all levels of work with youth
- content digitalization and integration of creative communication approaches: an online platform will be established that will be appealing to youth with visual presentations and animations adapted to modern patterns of informal learning for youth;
- providing high-quality content adjusted to the needs of employers in Posavje region: a program for youth will be created, which will cover a wide range of (generic) skills based on a survey of the actual needs of employers in Posavje region.

Norway Grants
The Norway Grants and the EEA Grants represent Norway’s contribution towards a green, competitive and inclusive Europe.
Through the Norway Grants and the EEA Grants, Norway contributes to reducing social and economic disparities and to strengthening bilateral relations with beneficiary countries in Central and Southern Europe and the Baltics. Norway cooperates closely with the EU through the Agreement on the European Economic Area (EEA). Together with the other donors, Norway has provided €3.3 billion through consecutive grant schemes between 1994 and 2014.
Norway Grants are financed solely by Norway and are available in the countries that joined the EU after 2003. For the period 2014-2021, the Norway Grants amount to €1.25 billion.
